一种驱油用高稳定性泡沫体系的制备与评价

         

摘要

Based on the synergy of different surfactants,using the Waring Blender method to evaluate bub-ble of foaming and stabilizing ability combined systems. Thus entered a high stability of aqueous foam sys-tem UTL-2,evaluate its temperature resistance and oil displacement efficiency. The results show that the composition of UTL-2 for the optimal system:0 . 17% UT8-2 +0 . 34%LS-2024 +0 . 6% P( AM-DM-DAAC). At 20 ℃,100 mL UTL-2 base foam volume is 495 mL,spherical bubbles,belongs to the typical small bubbles. Half-life is up to 3 850 min,with high stability. Foam system has good temperature resist-ance,at 80 ℃,the viscosity remained at about 50 mPa·s under 170 s-1 shear after 30 min. Oil displace-ment efficiency is high,air injection after water flooding after bubble water drive finally the quantitative yield reached 74. 6%,improve the rate of 17. 2%,the displacement effect is good.%基于不同表面活性剂的协同作用,利用Waring Blender法评价复配体系的起泡及稳泡能力,由此筛选出一种高稳定性的水基泡沫体系UTL-2,评价其抗温性及驱油效率。结果表明,最优体系UTL-2的组成为(质量分数):0.17% UT8-2+0.34%LS-2024+0.6% P(AM-DMDAAC),在20℃下,100 mL的UTL-2基液的发泡量为495 mL,气泡呈球形,属于典型的细小泡沫,半衰期长达3850 min,稳定性高;泡沫体系抗温性较好,在80℃,170 s-1下剪切30 min后粘度仍保持在50 mPa·s左右;驱油效率高,在水驱后注空气泡沫后水驱最终釆收率达到了74.6%,提高幅度17.2%,驱油效果良好。
