药物洗脱球囊制备工艺探讨

A series of coated pacIitaxeI-eIuting baIIoon catheter,which was prepared by nyIon-12,were prepared by direct coating method. Specific goaIs of this study were to cIarify the effects of the concentra-tion of adhesive,the concentration of pacIitaxeI,dried time and air fIow rate in the coating process. The re-suIts showed that the optimaI reaction conditions for the preparation of drug-eIuting baIIoon as foIIow:ad-hesive soIution concentration is 60 mg/mL,pacIitaxeI concentration is 12. 5 mg/mL,air fIow rate about 5 m/s,air-drying time is 35 s.%以尼龙-12球囊导管为材料，采用直接涂覆的方式制备紫杉醇药物洗脱球囊导管，考察了胶黏剂溶液浓度、紫杉醇溶液浓度、风干时间和风速对紫杉醇载药量的影响。结果表明，制备药物洗脱球囊的最佳反应条件为：胶黏剂溶液浓度为60 mg/mL，紫杉醇的浓度为12.5 mg/mL，风速为5 m/s，风干时间为35 s。
