含羧基咪唑啉对 A3钢在油田污水中的缓蚀性能研究

             

摘要

The imidazoline derivatives(YM431 3)containing carboxyl moiety was prepared through con-densation reaction using oleic acid,diethylenetriamine and acrylic acid as materials.The corrosion inhibi-tive performances of YM431 3 for A3 steel in simulated oilfield wastewater were investigated by static weight loss measurement and electro chemical method.The results indicated that the corrosion rate and in-hibitive efficiency reached 0.01 0 7 mm /a and 86.21 % respectively,when the dosage of YM431 3 was 1 2 mg/L.The adsorption process of YM431 3 onto the steel surface obeyed Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The results of polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance showed that YM431 3 was a mixed type inhibitor,which could effectively inhibit the corrosion in simulated wastewater by forming pro-tective layer on the surface of A3 steel.%以油酸、二乙烯三胺、丙烯酸为原料合成了一种含有羧酸基团的咪唑啉 YM4313,并通过静态失重法及电化学法考察了其在模拟污水中对 A3钢的缓蚀性能影响。结果表明,当 YM4313加剂量为12 mg/L 时,A3钢的腐蚀速率为0.0107 mm/a,缓蚀率为86.21%;YM4313在 A3钢表面的吸附规律符合 Langmuir 吸附模型。极化曲线测定和电化学交流阻抗研究结果表明,YM4313是一种以抑制阳极腐蚀为主的混合型缓蚀剂,可在 A3钢表面形成保护膜,抑制了无机盐对 A3钢的腐蚀。
