La改性TiO2粉煤灰漂珠的制备及其光催化活性的研究

             

摘要

以混合泥浆法制备TiO2/漂珠光催化材料,掺入纳米级氧化镧,形成La改性TiO2/粉煤灰漂珠光催化材料,进行XRD、XPS、FTIR表征分析,用于降解罗丹明B.结果表明,在La掺杂量0.5%时,光催化材料的催化性能最佳,催化剂用量3 g/L,降解5 h后降解率达到91%.La在反应中不与TiO2/漂珠光催化材料发生化学反应,只是以物理包裹的方式存在.La和Ti原子半径相似,会在TiO2晶体中取代Ti的位置,造成TiO2晶体畸形,形成晶格缺陷,增大光催化性能.同时La的掺入使得TiO2的吸收边红移,产生可见光响应,提高TiO2的光催化效率.%Using mixed slurry method to prepare TiO 2/cenosphere photocatalytic material , while added nano lanthanum oxide .The finally formed the La modified TiO2/fly ash photocatalytic material .The analysised it which using XRD ,XPS and FTIR .The validation experiment used degrading Rhodamine B .Results showed that the catalytic performance of the catalyst was the best when the content of La was 0 .5%, and the optimal amount of photocatalyst was 3 g/L,the degradation rate of 5 h reached 91%.La in the reaction with TiO2/cenosphere photocatalytic material chemical reaction ,only exists in physical package .At the same time,because of the similar La and Ti atomic radius ,will replace the position of Ti in TiO 2 crystal,TiO2 crystal caused by the deformity , formation of lattice defects , increasing light catalytic performance .And the incorporation of La makes the red shift of absorption edge of TiO 2 ,the production of visible light response ,it can improve the photocatalytic efficiency of TiO 2 .
