以油页岩灰渣为原料,用酸浸法-微湿气体法制备了γ-Al2 O3,讨论了煅烧温度、酸灰比、酸浸温度与时间等对氧化铝提取率的影响.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:油页岩灰渣煅烧温度930℃,盐酸/煅烧灰分=40.0 mL/15.0 g,酸浸温度100℃,酸浸时间2.0 h,微湿空气700℃,氧化铝提取率为95%左右,XRD分析确定为γ-Al2 O3.%γ-Al2 O3 was prepared from oil shale residue by the acid leaching-micro wet gas method. The in-fluence of calcination temperature, ratio of acid to ash, acid leaching temperature and time etc. on the yield of Al2 O3 was investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:calcina-tion temperature 930 ℃,acid leaching temperature 100 ℃,acid leaching time 2. 0 h,hydrochloric acid/calcined ash was 40. 0 mL/15. 0 g,micro wet air 700 ℃,the extraction rate of alumina was about 95%, and the obtained alumina was determined to be γ-Al2 O3 by XRD.
