三维多孔石墨烯/二氧化钛的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

Three-dimensional porous graphene/TiO2composites were prepared by hydrothermal method and freeze-drying.The samples were characterized by SEM,TEM,FTIR,UV-Vis DRS and N2adsorption-desorption experiments.The adsorption properties and photocatalytic properties of the composites were studied in dark,ultraviolet and sunlight respectively.The results show the adsorption efficiency of GR/TiO2composites is more than 95%higher than that of TiO2;Under the ultraviolet and sunlight,the photo-catalytic efficiency was 21.4%and 31.5%higher than that of TiO2respectively.The introduction of gra-phene increases the specific surface area,broadens the photoreaction range,and reduces the electron-hole pair recombination.The photocatalytic performance of the photocatalyst has excellent adsorption perform-ance and photocatalytic performance after 5 times.%采用水热法和冷冻干燥,制备三维多孔石墨烯/二氧化钛(GR/TiO2)复合材料.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-VisDRS)和氮气吸附脱附实验对样品进行分析表征.在避光、紫外光和太阳光下,分别研究复合材料的吸附性能和光催化性能.结果表明,GR/TiO2复合材料吸附效率比TiO2提高95%以上;在紫外和太阳光下,光催化效率比TiO2分别提高21.4%和31.5%.石墨烯的引入增大比表面积、扩宽光响应范围、减小电子-空穴对复合.此光催化剂回收利用5次后仍具有优异的吸附性能和光催化性能,具有实际应用价值.
