PACU 实施麻醉整体护理对行全麻手术的肿瘤患者心理状况的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of the holistic nursing care in PACU on the psychological status of pa-tients with tumor treated by general anesthesia surgery. Methods 300 cases of patients with tumor treated by general anesthesia surgery were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, 150 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional care, while patients in the experimental group were treated with holistic nursing care in PACU, and the scores of SAS and SDS were compared between the two groups. Results Before surgery, no significant difference was found in both the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). 48 hours after surgery, the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those before surgery in the two groups. Moreover, the score of SAS in control group and experimental group was respectively 40.96±4.62 and 42.24±6.11, which was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05); the score of SDS in the control group and experimental group was respectively 43.08±9.14 and 44.99±7.44, which was also significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing care in PACU could effectively relieve the anxiety and depression postoperation, and improve the patients’mental health.%　　目的探讨麻醉恢复室(PACU)实施整体护理对行全麻手术的肿瘤患者心理状况的影响，为 PACU 推广整体护理提供参考依据.方法将300例行全麻手术的肿瘤患者随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各150例.实验组由 PACU 提供整体护理，对照组实施常规护理，比较两组患者术后的焦虑和抑郁评分.结果术前，两组患者的SAS 和 SDS 评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05).手术后48小时，实验组和对照组 SAS 评分分别为(40.96±4.62)和(42.24±6.11)，均较术前显著降低，且实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组和对照组的 SDS 评分分别为(43.08±9.14)和(44.99±7.44)，均较术前显著降低，实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 PACU 实施麻醉整体护理可有效缓解患者术后的焦虑、抑郁情绪，促进患者的心理健康.
