RF control system of Heavy Ion Medical Machine(HIMM)synchrotron is important for RF capture and acceleration of carbon ion beam.The cavity frequency range is from 0.6 MHz to 3.9 MHz,corresponding to the acceleration of the carbon ion beam from 6 MeV/u to 400 MeV/u.The maximum cavity voltage is 5 kV.Figure 1 is the RF system block diagram of HIMM synchrotron,which shows the relationship between the RF control system and RF devices.The RF components include analog LLRF,bias magnetic power supply,preamplifier,RF generator,and RF cavity.RF control functions include receiving and outputting given waveforms of cavity voltage bias current,sweeping frequency quadrature waveforms through the database The control system covers remote control,cavity recovery voltage and phase meter recovery waveform display,system analog display and interlock status display,etc.The RF control system structure is shown in Fig.2,a example of one set of given waveforms is show in Fig.3.
