Carbon Ion Irradiation Retards Migration Ability of Glioma Cells Modulated by Downregulation of WIPF1

摘要

Cell migration is a key step during cancer metastasis.In the present study,we reveal that carbon ion ir-radiation prominently inhibited the cell migratory capability,as evidenced by a significant decrease in the rate of wound contraction compared with the control sham-irradiated group.
