Progress on Combined Biological Effects Induced by Ionizing Radiation and Microgravity in Space

摘要

The main task of the Department of Space Radiobiology is to establish accurate risk assessment models for human space exploration and to develop efficient countermeasures.Recently,our research fields focus on the biological effects of heavy ion radiation on epigenetic changes,genomic instability and accelerated senescence,especially on the combined effects induced by the multi-factors in space environment,including microgravity,ionizing radiation and ultradian rhythms.
