Mass Deposition Induced by Implantation of Low Energy Fe^+ Ions into Amino Acids

             

摘要

Fe^+ion beams with the energy of 110keV were implanted into films ofL(+)-cysteine[HSCH^2CH(NH^2)COOH].One of the single crystals grown in hydrochloric acid solution with the implanted samples through slow evapo-ration was structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography.The crystal is monoclinic,space group C2。
