3-54 CHOP Mediates Autophagy and Apoptosis Induced by X-ray Radiation in Cell Context in Breast Cancer Cells

To depict the details that CHOP(C/EBP homologous protein) regulates autophagy and apoptosis in breast cancer cells, the expression of CHOP was inhibited by transfection with siRNA sequence.As shown in Fig. 1, radiati-Fig. 1 CHOP inhibition by siRNA at mRNA and protein levels after radiation.on elicited a higher expression of CHOP in the NC group compared with control. However, this higher expression was significantly inhibited in the siRNA group.
