The working frequency of LEAF-RFQ is 81.25 MHz,and the voltage is 70 kV.The RFQ is used to accelerate uranium beam with 2 emA current from 14 keV/u to 0.5 MeV/u and the basic structure parameters are listed in Table 1.The RFQ cavity is an oxygen-free copper cavity composed of six modules of the same structure and the same length.The mechanical structure of cavity module is shown in Fig.1.The outer stainless-steel casing is connected between each segment by Bolt.At both ends of the cavity,the inlet and outlet end plates and other connected parts are assembled,as shown in Fig.2 for the RFQ assembly.
