通过生物学试验和栽培试验,研究了冷蒿浸提液对3种牧草生长过程中植株形态指标的影响。结果表明,高浓度(25mg/mL)甲醇浸提液完全抑制牧草生长,在低浓度(5mg/mL)水浸提处理下各项指标多数表现为促进作用,其他各个浓度处理对阿尔冈金苜蓿、黄花草木樨根长和苏丹草茎叶长生长的抑制率分别为18.0%~100.0%、22.5%~30.9%、19.7%~100.0%,均达到了显著或极显著水平。由此可见,冷蒿浸提液对植株生长存在明显的化感作用。%The effects of extracts from A. frigida Willd. on the plant morphological indices of 3 grass species by was studied by the biological test and cultivation test. The results showed that high concentration (25 mg/mL) of methanol extract from A. frigida Willd. completely inhibited the grass growth. Most indices under the treatments of low concentration (5 mg/mL) of aqueous extract were promoted. The inhibition rates on the root length of Medicago sativa L. cv. Aergangjin and Melilotus officinalis Lam. and the stem-leaf length of Sorghum sudanense(Piper) Stapf. under the treatments of different concentrations were 18.0%~100.0%, 22.5%~30.9% and 19.7%~100.0% respectively, reaching significant or extremely significant levels. Therefore, the extracts from A. frigida Willd. had obvious allelopathic effects on the plant growth.
