Suspected cases of infectious bursal disease of 100-day-old chickens in a chicken farm were clinically diagnosed and conformed by using IBDV antigen test and RT-PCR assay. The serum samples collected from the diseased chickens were positive for IBDV antigen, and the sequence analysis result showed that the similarity of hypervariable region sequence of VP2 gene amplified from bursa of Fabricius samples and that of E-DEL strain was 94.9%. It was indicated that the young chickens were infected by IBDV.%对100日龄的发病鸡,经临床诊断后,取法氏囊用IBDV抗原检测卡试剂盒进行检测,同时将法氏囊剪碎、研磨,进行RT-PCR试验。结果显示,IBDV抗原检测卡结果是阳性,获得序列的VP2基因高变区序列分析结果与IBDV的E-DEL毒株的同源性为94.9%,说明青年鸡感染了传染性法氏囊病(IBD)。
