禽类腔上囊增龄性退化的研究进展

摘要

腔上囊是禽类的中枢免疫器官，也是B淋巴细胞发育、分化、成熟的场所。性成熟时，禽类的腔上囊结构退化并覆以富含血管和脂肪的结缔组织。对禽类腔上囊的组织结构特征、增龄性退化及退化的神经内分泌调节方面的研究进展进行了综述，以期为进一步阐明禽类腔上囊的增龄性退化机制提供理论依据。%Bursa of Fabriciu is the central immune organ of avian and is also the place for development, differentiation and maturation of B lymphocytes. In sexual maturity, the structure of Avian bursa of Fabriciu was degenerated and was covered by connective tissue with rich vascular and fat. In order to further understand the mechanism of age-related involution of avian bursa of Fabricius, the research progress on histological characteristics, age-related involution and neuroendocrine regulation of avian bursa of Fabricius were reviewed in this paper.
