目的 探讨中耳癌的CT诊断及鉴别诊断,为临床治疗提供可靠依据. 方法对经手术病理证实的4例中耳癌患者的CT表现与临床对比分析.结果 中耳癌的CT征象及临床表现主要有:(1)局限性软组织密度肿块,增强后明显强化.(2)早期骨质呈局限性溶骨性破坏,形态不规则,边缘不清楚,晚期骨质破坏区超出中耳乳突结构,甚至侵及颞骨鳞部及枕骨斜坡等.(3)临床症状早期主要有外耳道流脓血史,后期出现耳疼,头痛等其它症状. 结论 CT不仅能诊断出中耳癌的存在,而且能清楚显示病灶范围及对周围组织结构的侵犯情况,为临床治疗提供准确资料,对手术方案的制定具有重要价值.%Aim To investigate the middle ear carcinoma CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis .so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods CT findings and clinical treatment of four cases of milddle ear cancer were compared. Results CT signs of middle ear cancer and the clinical manifestations are as follows : Local soft-tissue density mass enhanced markedly after enhancement.Early and localized osteolytic bone was destroyed clear edge ,and advanced beyond the middle ear and mastoid bone structure of the destroyed areas , even invading the temporal bone and occipital squama slopes. Clinical symptoms included sepsis , ear pain , headache and so on. Conclusion CT can not only diagnose cancer of the middle ear.but clearly show the scopes of the lesions and the invasion to other tissues. And it offers accurate information to clinical treatment , helps make the surgery program.
