目的 观察芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效.方法 将83例冠心病心绞痛患者分为两组,对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸.结果 观察组和对照组心绞痛、心电图疗效总有效率分别为93.33%、83.67%,73.68%、63.16%.观察组心绞痛与心电图疗效显著优于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 芪参益气滴丸配合西药常规治疗冠心病心绞痛,疗效显著优于单纯西药常规治疗.%Objective To observe the effect of qishenyiqi drip pill to treat coronary artery disease angina pectoris. Methods Eighty-three cases of patients with coronary artery disease angina pectoris were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. Forty-five cases of the observarion group was added qishenyiqi drip pill. Results The angina rate and ECG rate of the observation group were 93. 33% and 86. 67% . It improved 73. 68% and 63. 67% compared with the comtrol group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The observ ation group with qishenyiqi drip pill together with Western medical common treatment to treat angina has a definite curative and safe effect. It is of great vaule in the clinical use.
