Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Tanshinone ⅡA in danshenshuxin Capsule. Methods Stationary phase was C18( 4. 6 mm x250 mm,5 μm ),with methanol-water( 77:23 ) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 30℃ ,and flow rate was 1. 0 ml · Min-1 . Results The regression equation of tanshinone ⅡA was A = 1. 26 x 10 C +2. 1 x 10 ,r = 0. 999 7, which was linear over the range of 4. 224 ~42. 24 mg · L-1. The average recovery of tanshinone ⅡA was 98. 92% ,and RSD was 1. 37% . Conclusion This method is simple,repeatable and accurate, which may provide a reliable way for the quality control of Danshenshuxin capsule.%目的 建立丹参舒心胶囊中丹参酮IIA的含量测定方法.方法 采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水(77:23)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 ml·min-1.结果 丹参酮IIA线性回归方程为A＝1.26×105C+2.1×104,r=0.999 7,线性范围4.224~42.24 mg·L-1.平均回收率为98.92%,RSD为1.37%.结论 该方法操作简便,精密度高,重复性好,定量准确,可用于丹参舒心胶囊的质量控制.
