目的 探讨"品管圈"活动在降低门诊药房调剂内部差错中的效果.方法 按品管圈活动的十大步骤,成立"品管圈",选定降低门诊药房每周调剂内部差错(内差)件数为活动主题,进行原因分析,制订实行对策并组织实施.结果 每周平均差错件数由活动前的57.2件降至22.7件,下降60.3%,目标达标率102.07%;圈成员解决问题能力、责任感、凝聚力、工作积极性、沟通配合能力、品管手法等方面均有很大的提高.结论 "品管圈"活动在降低门诊药房调剂内差中取得了满意效果,值得推广.%Objective To study the effect of " Quality Control Cirle ( QCC) " activities in the reduction of outpatient pharmacy allocation internal errors. Methods QCC activities were implemented by 10 steps. We set up a" Quality Control Cirle", selected " reducing the number of weekly allocation internal error in outpatient pharmacy" as the theme, analyzed causes of the eerrors, developed and implemented appropriate corrective measures, and checked the allocation quality of outpatient pharmacy, confirmed the effective measures and made standardized. Results The weekly average internal errors per week fell from 57. 2 to 22. 7 ,dropped by 60. 3% ,with target standard rate of 102. 07% . Intangible outcomes greatly improved including circle member's problem-solving ability, responsibility, cohesion, working enthusiasm, communication and coordination ability, QC methods and so on. Conclusion "Quality Control Cirle ( QCC )" activities a-chieve satisfactory results in error reduction in outpatient pharmacy, which should be promoted.
