食管癌术后局部复发及淋巴结转移研究进展

摘要

Esophageal cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal cancers in China.At present,the surgery,radiotherapy and chemo-therapy are the major treatments for it.Surgery is still the preferred treatment,but the overall effect of treatment is not ideal.Local recur-rence and lymph node metastasis are the main causes of treatment failure.To improve the survival rate of postoperative treatment,and to explore the characteristics of recurrence and lymph node metastasis,to prevent postoperative recurrence and lymph node metastasis and the treatment of local recurrence and lymph node metastasis are the keys to the clinical work.%食管癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一，目前手术、放射治疗、化疗是治疗的主要手段，手术治疗仍是首选的治疗方法，但总体治疗效果尚不理想，术后局部复发及淋巴结转移是手术治疗失败的主要原因。为了提高食管癌术后患者的生存率，探讨术后复发及淋巴结转移特点、预防术后局部复发及淋巴结转移以及术后复发及淋巴结转移后再治疗是临床工作的重点。
