极低出生体质量儿应用PICC的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the significance and the value of peripherally inserted cectral catheter (PICC) used in very low birth weight infants. Methods 28 very low birth weight infants were divided into two groups ,one group had 13 eases that used PICC ,the other group had 15 cases that used the peripherally intravenous catheter infusion. Results They have significant difference in the vein punc-ture times, the time of detaining, incidence rate in hypoglycemia, the time that the nurse spended in puncturing, but the rate of success had no significant difference. Conclusion PICC is safe,cost- effective and worthy of applying method for. very low birth weight infants%目的 观察极低出生体质量儿应用PICC的临床意义及价值.方法 将P1CC置管的13例极低出生体质量儿与同期经周围静脉留置输液的15例极低出生体质量儿进行对照观察.结果 两组患儿在静脉穿刺次数、留置时间、低血糖的发生率、护士用于静脉穿刺时间这儿方面差异有统计学意义,穿刺成功率差异无统计学意义.结论 PICC为极低出生体质量儿提供了安全、可靠的静脉通路,减轻了护理工作量,减少多次静脉穿刺给患儿带来的痛苦,值得临床推广使用.
