Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic variceal ligation (EVL) combined with tissue adhesive injection in the urgent treatment of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding. Methods Total involved 22 patients with acute esophagel and gastric varices bleeding received urgent EVL and/or tissue adhesive injection. Results The instant hemostatic rate was 96% (21/22). 2 patients complicated with ectopic embolization simultaneously, the complication was 9% (2/22). Conclusion Urgent EVL combined with endoscopic injection of tissue adhesive is an effective and safe therapy for acute esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.%目的 评价急诊内镜下套扎联合组织粘合剂注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效.方法2006年2月至2011年2月间22例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者接受急诊内镜下胃底曲张静脉组织粘合剂注射联合食管曲张静脉套扎治疗,对其疗效进行回顾性分析.结果22例患者的急诊止血有效率96％,并发异位栓塞2例,发生率9％.结论急诊内镜下套扎联合组织粘合剂注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的止血疗效明显,且并发症发生率低,值得临床推广.
