彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠状静脉窦区病变

摘要

目的：探讨超声心动图对冠状静脉窦（CS）区病变的诊断价值和临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院22例以冠状静脉窦扩张为主要表现的患者超声心动图诊断和临床资料，其中17例进行了术后诊断对照。结果造成CS扩张的原因主要有永存左上腔静脉、完全型肺静脉异位引流、左冠状动脉-冠状静脉瘘等先天性畸形、肺动脉压力增高和（或）右心功能不全。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断冠状静脉窦区病变具有无创伤、安全、重复性好等优点，超声心动图显像清晰，诊断信息丰富，可为临床的诊断和治疗提供可靠的根据。%Objective To study the clinical value of diagnosing the lesions in coronary sinus by color doppler echocardiography. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on echocardiography diagnosis and clinical data of 22 cases with coronary sinus dilation,a-mong which,17 cases was in comparison with postoperative diagnosis.Result Several reasons,such as the persistent left superior vena cava, the total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage,the left coronary artery-coronary vein fistulae,the pulmonary artery pressure heightened and right heart insufficiency would cause the CS dilation.Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography has advantages of non-invasion,safety,and repeatability,which should be a prior method for its clear imaging and rich diagnosis information.
