Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment,complications and causes of senile refractory nasal bleeding under nasal endoscopy .Methods The clinical data of 126 cases of senile patients with intractable epistaxis treated in this hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed ,the place of bleeding and treatment effect were summarized under nasal endoscope ,and the situa-tion and causes of complications were analysed .Results All patients with nasal bleeding received electrocautery or selective filling in bleed-ing sites under nasal endoscope ,and the first time to cure was achieved in 109 cases(86.51%),14 cases(11.11%)were effective and 3 pa-tients(2.38%)were invalid.Conclusion For senile refractory nasal bleeding ,apart from dealing with basic diseases ,the downward nasal endoscope detection of bleeding condition and endoscopic minimally invasive treatment can effectively control the nasal bleeding ,and the oc-currence of complications should also be observed .%目的 探讨鼻内镜下老年难治性鼻出血的治疗方法、治疗效果、并发症及发生原因.方法 对芜湖市第二人民医院收治的126例老年难治性鼻出血患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,总结鼻内镜下出血部位、治疗效果,分析发生并发症情况及原因.结果 126例鼻出血患者在鼻内镜下对出血部位行电凝止血或选择性微填塞,一次性治愈109例(86.51%),有效14例(11.11%),无效3例(2.38%).结论 对于老年难治性鼻出血,在处理基础疾病的同时尽可能在鼻内镜下行鼻腔探查,明确出血部位,进行内镜下微创治疗,可有效控制鼻出血,并注意防止并发症的发生.
