油茶秋季扦插育苗技术试验初报

摘要

Cuttage propagation is mainly in summer in production.Due to insufficient construction of cutting orchards,shortage in supply of cuttings in summer has gradually become one of the important factors that limit cuttage propagation of Camellia oleifera.In the experiments,pilot study on cuttage propagation techniques of Camellia oleifera in autumn was done.It was discovered in the experiments that among the selected varieties of Changlin Series and Wanhui Series,Changlin No.4 has a higher survival rate than the other varieties.Choosing suitable substrates,temperatures and humidities is conducive to the cuttage survival in autumn.%目前生产上油茶扦插繁育多以夏季扦插为主,由于采穗圃建设滞后,夏季扦插穗条资源有限所突显的矛盾,已逐渐成为影响油茶苗木生产的重要因素之一。本试验对油茶秋季扦插繁育技术进行初步研究,经试验发现：在选取的长林系列和皖徽系列各品种中,长林4号成活率较高;选择适宜的扦插基质和温、湿度有利于秋季扦插成活。
