低碳经济视角下的毕节市资源型经济转型路径研究

资源是促进社会发展与进步的重要保障，毕节市属于依靠资源发展起来的城市，随着社会的发展与进步，毕节市依靠采掘业和初级加工业为主的产业发展模式必将进行转型发展，才能实现经济的可持续发展。随着全球气候和环境的变化，低碳经济已经成为世界各国争相采用的经济发展模式。该文从低碳经济的视角分析毕节市经济转型所面临的困境，在构建低碳经济发展模式时如何规避风险，探索毕节市的经济转型路径，为毕节市的可持续发展提供理论支撑。%The resource is an important guarantee for the promotion of social development and progress. Bi⁃jie relies on resources. Along with the development and progress of society,Bijie relying on extractive in⁃dustries and primary processing industries must change its model of development. Only in this way ,Bijie can achieve sustainable economic development. With the changes in the global climate and the environ⁃ment,low-carbon economy has become the model of economic development around the world. The paper an⁃alyzed the difficulties from the perspective of a low-carbon economy. This paper supports the theory of how to avoid risks when building a low-carbon economic development model and the path of economic transformation of Bijie.
