论新时期农村法治文化的培育

摘要

法治文化是推进农村法治建设的灵魂和根本内驱力，但因受法治文化环境、农村法治主体、制度设计和农村执法等诸多因素的制约，农村法治文化建设相对滞后，阻碍了农村法治化进程。因此，可通过改善农村法治文化建设环境，重塑农村法治主体，严格规范农村执法，完善“三农”立法来促进农村法治文化的发展。%The culture of the rule of law is to promote the rule of law in rural areas the soul and the fundamental driv⁃ing force,but because of many factors,the rule of law by the rule of law and cultural environment of rural subject,sys⁃tem design and enforcement of the rule of law in rural areas,the rural cultural construction is relatively backward, hindered the process of rule of law in rural areas.Therefore,through improving the environment of rule by law in the countryside culture construction of rule of law,subject to reshape rural,strictly regulate the rural law enforcement, improve the"three rural"legislation to promote the development of rural culture of rule of law.
