便携式水质分析仪智能充电装置的设计

         

摘要

The chargers of the currenly-used portable water quality analyzers are very simple, so that the working hours and lifetime of their batteries will be shortened after long time using. In order to solve this problem, a charger with a self-adapting fuzzy PID controller was designed. The construction of the charger, the parameter calculation of the crucial electrical circuits, and the software design are described. The practical applications demonstrated that the newly-designed charger reduced the fluctuation of the charging voltage effectively, and the aim of prolonging the working hour and lifetime of the battery was achieved.%现有便携式水质分析仪的充电装置过于简单,长时间使用会缩短蓄电池工作时间和使用寿命.针对上述问题,设计了一种具有自适应模糊PID控制器的充电装置.介绍了充电装置的结构.关键电路的参数计算和软件设计.通过实际应用,证明此装置可有效减少充电电压的波动,达到延长电池工作时间和使用寿命的目的.
