动态热机械分析技术在ATPU/E-44树脂研究中的应用

             

摘要

采用动态热机械方法研究了ATPU固化剂种类、用量和固化温度对ATPU/E-44体系固化产物动态热机械性能的影响.结果表明,利用同时含有刚性介晶单元和柔性链的ATPU作为固化剂,E-44固化产物可以很容易地实现玻璃化转变温度和储存模量的同时剪裁;ATPU/E-44体系固化产物均存在一个最佳ATPU含量,较高的固化温度有利获得较优的热机械性能;ATPU-2具有更好的增韧改性作用,可以获得更高的玻璃化转变温度,但ATPU-1.5有助于获得更高的储存模量.%Effects of type and content of amine-terminated polyurethane (ATPU) and curing temperature on mechanical thermal properties of the cured product of ATPU/Epoxy-44 resins have been investigated with dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA) in the paper. The results showed that the cured product of ATPU/Epoxy-44 resins may easily realize synchronously to tailor the glass transition temperature and elastic modulus if ATPU with rigid sub-crystal unit and flexible chain is used as curing agent. There is an optimal value of ATPU content for the cured product of ATPU/Epoxy-44 resins with the highest glass transition temperature. Increasing the curing temperature may improve the mechanical thermal properties of the cured product. ATPU-2 has better toughening modification effect than ATPU-1.5 and may use to increase the glass transition temperature. ATPU-1. 5 may use to enhance the elastic modulus.
