铜导线一次短路线端熔珠与喷溅熔珠金相组织对比分析

         

摘要

为了提高一次短路熔珠鉴定的准确性,模拟单芯铜导线一次短路故障,获得不同实验条件下的线端短路熔珠和喷溅短路熔珠样品,用金相显微镜对短路熔珠金相组织进行观察。结果表明:线端熔珠与喷溅熔珠的晶粒形态、晶粒大小以及内部气孔分布特征存在明显的区别,不宜适用同一的标准进行鉴别。%In order to improve the accuracy of indentifying primary short circuited melted beads ,the primary short circuit of copper wire was simulated under several experimental conditions .The wire end melted beads and the splashing melted beads were both obtained ,and their microstructure were observed by metallurgical microscope .T he results show ed that there w ere obvious differences in shape and size of crystallites and distribution of gas holes between the two kinds of melted beads ,it was inappropriate to i-dentify them by using unified standard .
