Bright line defects for 1060 aluminum alloy for cosmetics bottle gap material after electrochemical polishing and unpro-cessed aluminum sheet sample were analyzed by SEM and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the bright line defects are due to aggregating block containing boron and titanium. Grain refiner Al-5Ti-1B wire and appropriate melting temperature can be selected to control the aggregating block containing boron and titanium, thus preventing bright line defects.%对在电解抛光后出现亮线条缺陷的1060铝合金化妆品瓶盖和还未加工的铝板样品进行电镜扫描和能谱分析.结果表明,亮线条缺陷是由含硼钛聚集团块组成.为了控制含硼钛聚集团块,可以通过选取组织优良的Al-5Ti-1B丝和选择合适的熔铸温度来实现,从而防止亮线条缺陷产生.
