北部湾经济区战略背景下钦州市现代农业发展瓶颈及其对策研究

摘要

介绍了钦州农业的现状，然后指出钦州现代农业发展的瓶颈，即气候自然灾害影响较大；农业投入力度不足，基础设施依然比较落后；农业科技创新与推广不足，农业科技支持乏力；产业组织化程度低，农业产业链不完整，抵抗市场风险能力弱；农村、农业人力资源开发滞后。最后提出钦州现代农业发展的对策，即明确特色农产品，合理制定农业规划；加强农业科技创新、培训与现场指导；农业龙头企业的培育与品牌战略；建立农业灾害的防范机制；大力发展农业生态旅游。%The situation of agriculture in Qinzhou was introduced firstly. And then, the bottleneck of the development of modern agriculture in Qinzhou was pointed out, which including considerable effects of natural disasters, insufficient agricultural investment, backward infrastructure, inadequate agricultural S&T innovation and pro-motion, low industrialization, incomplete agricultural chain, poor capacity in resisting market risks, and lagged manpower resources in rural areas. Final y, the counter-measures were proposed for development of Qinzhou’s modern agriculture, includ-ing defining the characteristics of agricultural products, formulating scientific agricul-tural planning, strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation, training and on-site guidance, cultivation and brand strategy of agricultural leading enterpris-es, establishing agricultural disaster prevention mechanism and vigorously developing ecological agriculture tourism.
