This article expounds on the main steps and key points of factory rice seedling technology in combination with the production practice in Panjin city from the aspects of seed treatment, soil preparation, sowing, and field management, and makes analysis of its sig-nificant advantages in a bid to provide theoretical reference for promoting modernized production of rice.%根据盘锦市水稻育苗的生产实践，从种子处理、营养土配制、播种、田间管理等方面，介绍水稻工厂化育苗技术的主要步骤及要点，分析水稻工厂化育苗技术具有的显著优势，为促进水稻现代化生产提供理论参考。
