To fully utilize crops straw resource and efficiently solve the problem of environment pollution caused by crops straw burning is an important subject concerned by the governments and related departments. In the article, it expounded the important meanings of crops straw resource comprehensive utilization, introduced its status in Changtu area, in order to provide a reference for crops straw comprehensive utilization in various places.%充分利用农作物秸秆资源，有效解决秸秆焚烧带来的环境污染问题，是当前各级政府普遍关注和相关部门急需解决的重要命题。阐述农作物秸秆资源综合利用的重要意义，介绍昌图地区秸秆综合利用情况，以期为各地秸秆综合利用提供借鉴。
