Through investigating basic situation of Beisha river research area, we recognized the main flood thread in protection zone, selected suitable analysis method of flood risk, on the basis of flood analysis simulated result, analyzed relative statistical index such as comprehensive situations, national lives, agriculture, secondary industry and tertiary industry etc. in Beisha river area. Using GIS and loss estimation software developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences of Water Resources, established disaster statistics and loss estima-tion model in Beisha river, evaluated the flood influences and loss of every flood scheme, providing technical support for effectively decreasing flood disaster damage in this area.%通过北沙河研究区基本情况调查,识别保护区主要的洪水威胁,选择适宜的洪水风险分析方法,在洪水分析模拟结果的基础上,分析北沙河综合情况、人民生活、农业、第二产业及第三产业等相关统计指标,应用GIS及中国水科院研发的损失评估软件建立北沙河灾情统计和损失评估模型,评估各淹没方案的洪水影响及损失,为有效减轻该区域的洪涝灾害影响提供技术支撑。
