基于区域水资源可持续利用评价指标体系构建的一般方法与步骤, 通过构建延边水资源可持续利用评价指标体系、运用熵权法确定指标权重及综合指数的计算, 对延边2007—2016年的水资源可持续利用状况进行分析.结果表明:在2007—2016年, 延边水资源条件良好, 满足延边水资源可持续发展的需要;2007—2016年, 延边水资源可持续利用状况总体呈上升趋势, 各系统要素能够满足目前延边水资源可持续利用的发展需求, 并且有较强的提升潜力;在研究年间, 水资源条件对延边水资源可持续利用的影响最显著.%Based on general methods and steps for the establishment of evaluation index system for sustainable utilization of regional water resources, this paper built an evaluation index system for sustainable utilization of water resources in Yanbian, using entropy power method to determine index weight and calcuate of composite index, analyze the sustainable use of water resources in Yanbian from 2007 to 2016.The results showed that between 2007 and 2016, Yanbian has good water resources to achieve the needs of sustainable development of water resources in Yanbian.The sustainable use of water resources in Yanbian is generally on the rise.Each system element can satisfy the demand for sustainable use of water resources in yanbian, and there's a stsong potential for promation.During the research years, the effect of water resources on sustainable use of yanbian water resources is most obvions.
