典型微结构的微细电火花加工工艺研究及工程应用

摘要

综述了微细电火花加工技术在精密复杂微细结构关键零部件的研制中所发挥的作用，主要研究了典型微结构的微细电火花加工工艺及工程应用，重点分析了微细电火花加工技术在工程领域的典型应用--微细工具电极/轴、微细孔阵、微三维拉瓦尔式结构，并给出其基于工程化应用的工艺关键。%This paper reviews the importance of MEDM in the research of sophisticated microstructures of key components. It is focused on engineering application of typical micro-structure produced by MEDM, and analyses its typical application in engineering field, i.e. micro-electrode/shaft, micro-hole arrays, micro-3D LAVAL structure. Besides, the key step of the process based on engineering application is provided.
