In the more than four decades since the beginning of the Space Age,outer space laws have developed rapidly- The paper presents briefly the development and practice of outer space laws on the basis of the latest material and literature, and discusses the relationships between space policy and outer space laws and between space technology and outer space laws. Finally, the paper also presents relative policy proposals.
