CATIA装配模型动态重组技术在飞机协同研制中的研究与应用

摘要

围绕飞机产品数据管理的特点，首先分析了基于全三维设计的协同研制方式，梳理了异构系统中模型动态重组技术的应用流程，然后通过研究全三维环境中记录CATIA装配模型信息的位置矩阵及其原理，定义了描述产品组织结构的XML格式，建立了基于位置矩阵的装配模型重组技术；最后明确提出了模型动态重组系统的实现途径。工程实践证明，该方法满足型号研制的工程需求，具有良好的应用价值。%According to the characteristics of aircraft data management,firstly the collaborative development way based on full 3D design was analyzed and the application process of model dynamic reorganization was combed. Furthermore,through the research of CATIA assembly position matrix in VPM system,the XML format which describes the product structure was deifned and the method that restructure model by position matrix was established. It is proved that the method can meet the engineering needs with a good value.
