复合材料整体油箱雷电防护试验研究

             

摘要

为了验证采用铺贴铝网复合材料整体油箱雷电防护设计效果,设计了雷电防护试验件,给出了试验方法,并通过模拟雷电环境,对整体油箱进行了雷电直接效应试验。结果表明:做了钉头密封并在结构表面采取了铝网防护的区域,没有火花产生,油箱内部温度均低于800℃;入击点直接入击到钉头上时,破坏性最大,周边结构烧蚀面积和内部分层面积都比其他情况严重;在连接件处没有覆盖铝箔网时钉损伤严重,且部分钉内部有火花产生。采用铺贴铝箔网设计的复合材料整体油箱雷电防护方法有效,但结构设计一定要保持电连续。%In order to verify the effect of anti-lightning strike by using alum-net covering on the composite integrated fuel tank, a test article was designed, and the experiment under simulated lightning environment was carried out. The test result indicates that: There is no sparking emerging in the zone where alum-net covering protection and sealing on the caps of bolts are adopted, and the inside temperature of fuel tank is lower than 800℃; when lightning stroke on the cap of connector, the damaged area is the largest, and the burning area of ambient structure as well as the inside delaminating area are larger than any other situation; the connections are severely damaged accompanying with inner sparking, when the connector caps are not protected. This method, adopting alum-net covering protection for the composite integrated fuel tank area is effective, however it is necessary that the structural continuity of electrical conductivity should be taken into account during design phase.
