基于虚拟仪器的电液比例阀控制器测试系统

摘要

An engineering application by adopting computer control system combined with PLC control mode is presented. A virtual instrument for the performance testing of electro-hydraulic proportional valve which is composed by measurement apparatus such as force sensors, displacement sensors is described. The function of programming, graphical user interface, data acquisition and the tunction of display in LabVIEW actually can be depicted as transferring control signal, measured and other ancillary parameters into the real-time displayed data by the software, and using data processing to get the needed results.%介绍了一种计算机控制系统+PLC控制方式相结合的工程应用实例,阐述了利用力传感器、位移传感器等测量元件组成电液比例阀性能测试的虚拟仪器实现方法,并简单介绍了LabVIEW软件编程及图形界面.数据采集及显示部分的功能是把控制信号、被测量以及其他辅助测试参数,通过软件转化为实时显示的数据,并对数据进行处理得到要测试的结果.
