遥感相机复合材料镜筒的工程化研究

     

摘要

The design and manufacture process of CFRP/ aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure lens barrel in remote sensing camera are introduced. Material selection, mechanical analysis, technique, technical difficulties and its solutions are discussed mainly, based on the structure characteristic and requirement of baffle. The results show that the composites lens barrel has good hygrothermal resistance properties and dimensional stability. The weight of composites lens barrel can be reduced greatly, comparing with conventional structure.%本文介绍了一种碳纤维复合材料/铝蜂窝夹层结构遥感相机镜筒的研制技术,针对镜筒的结构特点和技术要求,重点讨论了材料选择、力学分析、工艺方案及主要工艺过程及措施.研制结果表明,该镜筒具有耐湿热及尺寸稳定性好、相比传统的方案减重效果明显等优点.
