脉动式生产线在空空导弹总装中的应用探索

摘要

随着军方对产品需求数量的增大，探索一种新型的能够大幅度提高生产效率的生产线模式变得越来越重要。脉动式生产线通过节拍的确定、实施站位式管理，对工艺流程的再造和对生产组织、管理模式的重塑，能够缩短生产周期，提高生产效率，同时有助于改善产品质量。脉动式空空导弹总装生产线目前正在建设中。%A new production model which can improve the efficiency greatly becomes more and more important in that the military’s demand for the air-to-air missile is increased. Pulsation type production can shorten the cycle, improve efifciency, and improve the quality. The new production model includes process reengineering and management reinventing, which lay stress on time and sta-tion management. Currently the pulsation production line for air-to-air missile assembly is under construction.
