超塑成形/扩散连接结构设计及试验研究

摘要

概述了超塑成形/扩散连接（SPF/DB）结构的结构设计流程，并以口盖为例，对具体设计过程进行了阐述。同时针对口盖结构设计的合理性，设计了验证改进试验静力测试试验及壁厚估算试验，来作为口盖结构改进优化的依据。根据上述思路，建立了超塑成形/扩散连接结构的完整设计过程，为超塑成形/扩散连接的结构设计提供了借鉴。%Design flow of which superplastic forming/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) structure is introduced briefly,and concrete design process of which cover is expatiated. Simultaneity, validating improving test such as static strength and panel thickness estimation is designed as the basis that cover is improved and optimized.According to the aboved thought,the whole design process are based and design reference are provided for superplastic forming/diffusion bonding structure.
