钛合金结构干涉配合铆接工艺研究

     

摘要

为提高某型机结构寿命,针对目前钛合金结构采用普通铆接方法的现状,提出对钛合金结构采用干涉配合铆接工艺。采用普通锤铆研究了不同直径铆钉外伸量和钉孔间隙等工艺参数与干涉量关系,得出φ3.5和φ4钛铌铆钉的最佳钉孔间隙均为(0.08±0.02)mm,以及在该间隙下合适的外伸量为(1.2~1.3)d。试验结果表明在该工艺参数下得到较理想干涉量为0.8%~1.0%且铆接质量良好。%In order to improve structural life of a certain type of aircraft, in light of the present condition of the common riveting method on titanium alloy structure, it’s proposed to use interference-ift riveting technology for titanium alloy structure. The relation between the amount of interference and process parameters including different amount of extending length and clearance of rivet hole is studied using ordinary hammer riveting. The result of craft experiments indicate that the best clearance ofφ3.5 andφ4 niobium titanium rivet hole is (0.08 ± 0.02)mm and the appropriate amount of extending length is (1.2-1.3)d. Ex-perimental results show that under the process parameters the ideal interference is 0.8%-1.0% and riveting quality is good.
