采用激光深熔焊接技术,对厚度为2mm的2060铝锂合金进行平板对接激光深熔焊接试验,并开展焊接熔池形貌仿真模拟研究.建立了焊接结构的热流耦合模型,并进行了相关的试验校核.在此基础上,开展了不同工艺参数条件下的流场仿真.基于仿真结果分析了不同激光功率和焊接速度对熔池形貌的影响.研究结果表明,激光功率、焊接速度等参数对熔池匙孔有显著影响.%The welding test of 2060 aluminum alloy with a thickness of 2mm was carried out by laser deep penetration welding and the numerical simulation of flow field morphology was researched.The heat flow coupling model of the welded structure was established and the relevant experimental verification was conducted.Based on the heat flow coupling model,the simulation of the flow field under different process parameters was analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the effects of different laser power and welding speed on the morphology of molten pool were analyzed.The results show that the laser power,welding speed and other parameters have a significant impact on the pool key.
