发动机整体薄壁铝合金精铸件真空差压铸造

     

摘要

介绍了真空差压铸造工艺原理及控制难点,并以某型航空发动机排气端壳体这一代表性的精密铸件为例,对整体薄壁铝合金精铸件真空差压铸造中的浇注系统、铸型研制和浇注温度选择等关键技术进行了研究,并对存在的问题提出了解决途径和控制手段.结果表明,采用双通结构浇注系统,利用呋喃树脂砂型砂进行混制铸型,在(730±10)℃浇注温度下进行浇注,航空发动机复杂整体薄壁铝合金精铸件产品的疏松、气孔、夹杂等缺陷消除,组织致密,延伸率可达3.6%.%The technological principle and control difficulties of vacuum differential pressure casting have been introduced.Taking the typical precision casting of aeroengine exhaust end housing for example,the key technologies such as gating system,mould development and pouring temperature selection in the vacuum differential pressure casting of integral thin-wall aluminum alloy casting parts were studied.Then,the existing technical problems are put forward to solve the ways and means of control.The results show that,when using double pass structure of mould casting system,mixing system using furan resin sand casting sand,at (730±10)℃ pouring temperature,aeroengine loose,pores,inclusions and other defects of thin wall casting products overall aluminum alloy basically eliminated.The sample is compact and the elongation is up to 3.6%.
