某型导引系统环境应力筛选方案及有效性评价

摘要

Considering the environmental stress screening ( ESS ) for different products reflects non-versatile and dynamic characteristic , based on the screening method specified in GJB 1032 , combined with the specific character of a certain type of missile , an initial ESS scheme for a certain guiding system is de-signed .Then, appropriate adjustment to the ESS scheme is made according to the screening effectiveness . Finally, the final screening result is analyzed in detail , and the effectiveness of the ESS scheme is evalua-ted from the following three aspects: the fault distribution in different grades , fault type distribution and the influence on the loss of service life .The effectiveness of the final ESS scheme is verified .%考虑到环境应力筛选对于不同产品体现出非通用性和动态性的特征，以GJB1032中规定的筛选方法为基础，结合某型导弹的具体特点，以某导引系统为例进行了ESS方案的初始设计，并根据筛选效果对筛选方案进行了适当调整；对最终的筛选结果进行详细分析，从故障在不同等级分布、故障类别分布和筛选对于产品的寿命损耗三个方面评价ESS方案的有效性，验证了最终环境应力筛选方案的有效性。
