The essentials of formula design of the toilet cleaners and the determination of detergency were brought forward according to the results of function analysis of the same kind of liquid toilet cleaners, on the basis of the analysis of the types and formations of soils in urinals and closestools. By way of selecting materials and refining formula, the optimum formula of liquid toilet cleaners was obtained, which consisted of citric acid, nonionic surfactants, lauryl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. The prepared liquid toilet cleaner had weak acidity(pH～5.0), moderate viscosity (＞40 mPa*s ), non-toxicity, and anti-bacterium property. It could remove stains and urine soils efficiently. It had a higher ratio of performance to cost compared with the same kind of commercial cleaners.%在分析便池和马桶污垢形成及其主要成分的基础上，依据同类产品的功能分析结果，提出厕所清洗剂的配方设计思想和去污率的测定方法。经原料筛选和配方细化，优选出最佳配方，该配方由柠檬酸、非离子表面活性剂、新洁尔灭和聚乙烯醇等组成。研制的厕所清洗剂具有较弱酸性（pH值5.0左右），粘度适中（大于40 mPa*s）,去积垢和黄垢迅速,无毒,抑菌等特点，实际使用效果良好。与市售同类酸性液体清洗剂产品配方相比，该清洗剂具有更高的性能价格比。
